These terms cover lessadminhq.com and the free tools Less Admin HQ publishes, including our ChatGPT tools. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

What we offer

Free guides, prompts, and tools that help you hand routine admin work to AI. They’re for general information and convenience. They aren’t legal, tax, accounting, financial, or medical advice. For those, talk to a qualified professional.

You check everything before it goes out

AI can be wrong. Our tools write drafts: payment reminders, follow-ups, estimates, invoice matches, review replies. You’re responsible for reading each draft, fixing anything that’s off, and deciding whether to send it. Our tools never send anything on your behalf.

• Prices, amounts, and dates come from you. Check them before you send.
• Invoice matching is a starting point, not bookkeeping. Confirm anything that matters against your bank and records.
• Follow the laws that apply to you, including rules on debt collection and contacting customers.

Use them fairly

Don’t use our tools or content to harass anyone, mislead customers, break the law, or try to break or overload the site.

Our content

You’re welcome to use our prompts and guides in your own business. Please don’t republish or resell them as your own. TheLess Admin HQ name and logo are ours.

Paid products

Our paid products are sold through Gumroad. Gumroad’s terms and refund process apply to purchases, along with anything stated on the product page.

Third-party services

Our ChatGPT tools run on OpenAI’s ChatGPT, and links may take you to other sites like Gumroad. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for them.

No guarantees

We work hard to make our guides and tools useful and accurate, but we provide them “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Less Admin HQ isn’t liable for any loss or damage that comes from using them, including lost income, lost customers, or decisions made from AI-written drafts.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. Using the site or tools after that means you accept the update.
