Less Admin HQ teaches busy professionals how to use AI, starting from zero. You don’t need to be a “tech person”: if you can write an email, you can follow these guides. We coverinsurance agents, real estate agents, personal trainers, and small business owners.

Most people meet AI as a chatbot and use it like a search engine. That’s fine, but it leaves most of the value on the table. The bigger win is giving AI a defined job with your own material and a clear finished product, then running that job the same way every time. That’s what our guides teach, one routine at a time.

Hi, I’m Tom Houpt

I’m Tom Houpt, a Solutions Engineer and Customer Solutions Architect, and an AI researcher. I’ve spent more than nine years in cybersecurity and technology.

Life is hard enough without admin piling on top of it. AI is the first technology I’ve seen that can make people’s lives easier instead of creating more shadow work. I built everything on this site with AI to show what Less Admin HQ is about: AI can take a lot of work off your plate, if you put in a little effort to learn how to use it to its full potential.

I live in North Carolina and spend as much time outdoors as I can. I also volunteer as a firefighter and EMT.
