Privacy policy

The short version: we collect your email address only if you give it to us, we use it to send you what you signed up for, and we don’t sell it. This site has no ads, no tracking cookies, and no analytics scripts.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign up. We also note which page you signed up on (for example, “small business” or “Pay Nudger”) so we send you the right free download and guides.
• Basic server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (like IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and block attacks. We don’t use this to identify or track you.

That’s it. The site doesn’t set cookies or store anything in your browser.

How we use it

• To send the free download you asked for and our email newsletter, the Less Admin letter.
• To tell you about tools and paid products related to what you signed up for.

Every email has an unsubscribe link. One click and you’re off the list.

Who else handles it

• Kit (formerly ConvertKit) stores email subscribers and sends our emails.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• Gumroad handles purchases and downloads of our products. When you buy, Gumroad collects your payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see your card number.

We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Our free ChatGPT tools

Our ChatGPT tools (like Pay Nudger and Invoice Matcher) run inside your ChatGPT conversation. They don’t have their own servers, so we never receive or store what you type or paste into them. Your conversation is handled by OpenAI under its own privacy policy and your ChatGPT settings. To keep a chat out of model training, turn off “Improve the model for everyone” in ChatGPT’s Settings → Data Controls, or use a Temporary Chat.

How long we keep it

• Your email address stays on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe, Kit keeps a record that you opted out so you aren’t emailed again. Ask us and we’ll delete that too.
• Server logs are kept by Cloudflare for a short time under Cloudflare’s own policy. We don’t keep copies.
• Our ChatGPT tools don’t store anything, so there’s nothing for us to keep or delete.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe any time from the link in any email.
• Email us at [email protected] to see, correct, or delete what we have about you.

Children

This site is for working adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we’ll tell subscribers by email.
