From the playbook: Day 17
The retention radar
Clients rarely quit loudly, they fade: sessions get rescheduled, check-ins get thin, energy drops. By the time you notice, they’re gone. Today you build the monthly review that catches the fade early, when a single message can save the relationship.
I'm a personal trainer. Write me 3 re-engagement messages for clients
going quiet, each for a different situation:
1. The rescheduler: sessions keep moving, momentum dying. Warm nudge back
to routine.
2. The checked-out: check-ins thin, energy low. Genuine check-in, no guilt.
3. The almost-gone: hasn't booked in 2+ weeks. Honest, kind, door open.
Each under 80 words, in my voice. No discounts offered, no desperation,
just a coach who noticed.
